What do you do, in practice?

We work alongside you on four fronts: strategy and organisation, training, events, and AI in everyday work. We work on real parts of your company, with your own material, and whatever we build together stays with your team.

Who do you work with?

Italian small and mid-sized companies, up to 250 people, whose business works but has something to update: every decision still going through the owner, AI licences nobody uses, a course that changed nothing. We talk to the people who decide: owners, CEOs, directors, HR managers.

Where do we start?

With the Update Check: seven minutes, free, and the result arrives by email with the lab it makes sense to start from. If you’d rather talk first, book an intro call.

How much does it cost?

Each offer has its price on its own page. Where there’s a figure, you’ll see it; where it takes a quote, you’ll see what the quote depends on, and it arrives within 48 hours. The Update Check is free.

What happens when the project ends?

Your team carries on with what we built together: a written procedure, a new way of working, an event format, an AI assistant. That’s how we measure it: if it only works while we’re there, we’re not done.

Do you work across Italy, and in English?

Yes to both. We work across Italy, with a presence in Milan, Rome and Lecce, and we also work remotely with companies abroad, in English and Italian. When the work needs to happen on site, in a training room or at an event, we show up in person.
