With the time you have and what needs to change. A course if your team needs a new skill in a few weeks; a workshop if you want to bring different departments together on a real problem; the Growth Program if you want to do the marketing yourself. On site or online? ULP Courses work both ways, because the real work happens between live sessions, on your own files. Workshop and Full Immersion days are on site: teams build together, in the same room. How many people at a time? A ULP course starts from three people at the same company, and it’s always for your company only. Workshop and Full Immersion days take up to thirty people, split into teams. What does the team keep when the course ends? The tools from each week and the actions already taken in real work; with ULP Courses, also the book for each participant.
