In a mixed team, sales and accounts work on the same problem, and go back to the office speaking the same language. - You’re looking for something better for the team than the usual company dinner. Here people build something together on a real problem from your company, and at the end of the day each team presents its work to the others. - You’ve just bought AI licences, and you want the team to start from the same point. On the AI topic it’s one day per step, and each team tries AI on real work. works best when the challenges are real problems you want to see solved, and you’re there for the final presentations too. ## How a day works The rhythm is the same in a one-day Workshop and a four-day Full Immersion. The topics: AI at work, one day per step; marketing and sales; public speaking and storytelling; leadership. ### In the morning The teams, mixed across departments, get their challenge: a real problem from your company. ### During the day They build with AI or with the method of the chosen topic, with the trainer alongside. ### At the end of the day Each team presents what it built to the others. ### How long it takes - Workshop **1** day - Full Immersion **2** days recommended - Full Immersion **4** days ## The team goes back to the office with something built Things of your own, built on your company’s real problems, and a group that has learnt to work together. You’re left with two things, and the next day you pick up from there. ### What the teams built Each team works on a real challenge and takes the result home: the next day you start from there, instead of starting over. What’s inside, with an example - a draft policy, for example on how AI is used - workflows with their playbook - a process with its numbers - a roadmap built together Say it’s a two-day Full Immersion on AI. One team drafts the rules on what can and can’t be uploaded; another redesigns how client replies are handled. The next day, both are already on the desk of whoever has to approve them. ### A group that has worked together People from different departments who spent one or more days solving the same problem. Afterwards, they know how the other department works and who to ask.
