It happens during the programme: every three weeks you decide what changes, and in the weeks between your team does it. Then you’re left with two things, and they keep that piece moving after the programme ends. ### Your company’s playbook How that piece of the company works at your place, written on your real cases and in the words of the people who do it. It grows with every piece you tackle, and in the end it’s the manual new people learn from, instead of having everything explained each time. What’s inside, with an example - the steps, in the order they really happen at your company - who does what, and who decides when a case is out of the ordinary - the most common mistakes, and how to spot them in time - the numbers to watch to know whether that piece is working Say the piece you pick is quoting. The playbook covers how a request is taken, who does the maths and on what margins, how many days it takes for the quote to go out and who calls the client back.
