We’re a boutique firm, so we choose our projects and stay close to them. It works best when someone in-house is ready to take over what we build together.
Who works on your project?
For each project we bring in the right people: Davide Scalera, founder and Head of Research at Update Labs, and a team made up of a network of specialists and partner firms. When the work needs to happen on site, in a training room or at an event, we show up in person.
You usually talk to and work with Davide, who brings in the team when the work calls for it. The team is a network: freelancers, specialist consulting firms, agencies in fields close to ours, strategic partners and people on the ground. Many work remotely, from across Italy and other parts of the world.
Who is Davide Scalera?
The founder and Head of Research at Update Labs. An entrepreneur, consultant and corporate trainer, he brings AI, marketing and soft skills into companies. He usually takes the intro call himself, and he’s the person you then work with.
Davide Scalera has trained more than 2,000 professionals on structured programmes in 4+ countries. On top of that come plenary sessions, some with more than 1,000 people in a single day. 97% average end-of-course satisfaction, 88% retention. He has been teaching since 2016 and running his own business since 2022.
The 97% and 88% come from final tests and satisfaction surveys, aggregated across training providers.
