AI Map_the work AI can do at your company, in order
You find out which jobs at your company AI can do, which one to start with and how many hours come back. Three days are usually enough: you look at how your team really works, weigh every job that repeats and decide the order. If a supplier has to build a piece, you also get a specification for them.

one or two days at your company, the rest remotely
You’ve been hearing about AI for a year, and you don’t know where to begin.
A new tool comes out every week. The map starts from your company’s work, and the tool gets chosen afterwards.
Some people on your team already use it, each in their own way.
It works for whoever found it, and stops there. The map says which jobs everyone should use it on, and with which rules.
A supplier has pitched you a project, and you can’t tell if it’s what you need.
Before you sign, you know which jobs are worth touching and what to ask for. That’s what the specification is for.
works bestwhen the people who do those jobs every day are in the room on the days at your company.
Usually three days_
One or two at your company, with the people who do the work. The rest remotely, with you.
Looking at the work
At your company, with the people who do it. You list the jobs that get done the same way every time: meeting minutes, standard replies, forms to fill in, quotes.
Weighing each job
For each one: how many hours it costs every week, what AI would need to do it, what has to stay with a person, which data it touches.
Deciding the order
With you: which job to start with, with which tool, what to measure before and after. That becomes the roadmap. If a job means connecting AI to your management software, the specification gets written too: it takes extra days, and we tell you before we start.
First, you know where to start_
Instead of trying one tool after another, you know the first job to give to AI, why that one, and how many hours it gives back.
You’re left with two things, and they guide your choices in the months that follow.
The map of your work
Every job at your company that gets done the same way every time, with the hours it costs, what AI can do and what stays with people. It’s the basis for every decision about AI, including the ones you’ll make without us.
What’s inside, with an example
the jobs, department by department, and who does them
the hours each one takes per week
what AI can do and what stays with a person
which data each job touches, and whether it can go into AI tools
Say the sales office writes a reply by hand to every availability request. The map shows who writes it, how many hours it takes each week, and that AI can draft it from the price list while the person reads it through before sending.
The roadmap, with starting numbers
The order to start in, job by job, with the right tool for each and today’s hours already measured. When you start, you know what to compare the after with.
What’s inside, with an example
the jobs in order, from first to last
the tool for each one, starting from those already at your company
the numbers sheet: today’s hours, to measure again afterwards
who at your company follows each step
Say the first job is meeting minutes. The roadmap says they’re done with Copilot, already included in your licences, that whoever chairs each meeting prepares them, and how much time they take today. A month later you measure again.
And on top
The specification, if needed
The document for asking a supplier to build what’s needed, written so that the quotes you get can be compared.
A map that stays yours
You can use it even if you carry on by yourself or with another supplier.
In half an hour we work out together how many days your company needs, and whether the AI Map is the right first step.
How many days
Three are usually enough, one or two of them at your company. With a specification for a supplier you need more: we tell you before we start.
What’s included
The working days, the map, the roadmap and the numbers sheet. They stay yours.
How long it lasts
Two to four weeks, from the first day to the roadmap.
Questions about the AI Map_
Do I need licences already?
No. If you have them, the map starts from those; if you don’t, it tells you which tool you need and for whom, before you buy it.
How much time does it take from my team?
One or two days at your company, with the people who do the jobs being looked at. We do the rest, and only ask you for the documents and figures we need.
Does our data leave the company?
The map looks at how the work gets done: the steps, who does them, the hours. Client data isn’t needed. Which data can go into AI tools later is one of the things the map decides.
What happens after the map?
You can carry on by yourself, with the roadmap in hand. If you want your team to use AI on real work, there’s AI Adoption; if there’s one specific job to take off the desk, the Custom AI Assistant.
