B2CEO a stage for the people who lead, and a speech of their own

In four weeks, whoever goes on stage prepares a sixteen-minute keynote of their own and gives it to a room of peers: colleagues from your company, or business owners and CEOs from your city. After each keynote the room responds. You keep the edited video and a letter that says what to do next.

Does this sound like you?

  • Your managers speak well in meetings, and read their slides on stage.

They have things to say, but nobody has prepared them for a stage. That’s what the four weeks are for.

  • You speak at the convention, and every year it’s the same speech.

You start from what you actually did this year, and build from there.

  • You want your company to be where the business owners in your city meet.

You host the evening, your peers fill the room, and the people on stage do the same job they do.

works best when whoever goes on stage has something real to tell, and four weeks to prepare it.

Four weeks, then one evening

The format stays the same: what changes is who speaks and the theme, which you choose with us.

  1. The choice

You decide the theme of the evening and who speaks. Speakers are chosen beforehand, for what they have to say: a place on stage can’t be bought.

  2. The four weeks

Each speaker prepares the keynote with us, usually with Davide: what to tell, how to open, how to close, how to hold the stage for sixteen minutes.

  3. The evening

Three keynotes. After each one the room responds to the speaker, and at the end everyone writes down the next steps together.

  4. Afterwards

Every keynote is filmed and edited, and each speaker receives a letter that says what to do next.

First, people on stage say something real

Someone who has prepared a keynote for four weeks talks about what they’ve done, in their own words. The room notices, and responds.

Then two things remain, and they keep working after the evening.

The video of each keynote

Filmed and edited to a professional standard. The speaker uses it and shares it: on their profile, with clients, with people joining the company.

What’s inside, with an example
  • the full keynote, edited
  • to a professional standard
  • ready to share

Say your head of sales talks about how she reopened a market that looked closed. You send the video to clients in that market, and show it to people joining her department.

The format of the evening

How speakers are chosen, how they prepare, how the evening runs from start to finish. With it, the second evening doesn’t start from scratch.

What’s inside, with an example
  • how the theme is chosen
  • how the speakers are chosen
  • the four weeks, step by step
  • the running order of the evening

Say the first evening is for your managers, in November. In March the theme changes and three other people go on stage, but the running order, the timings and the way they prepare stay the same.

And on top

The letter
For each speaker: what to do next, written from what happened on the evening.
The whole room’s next steps
The ones the room wrote down together at the end, each starting with a verb.

What does it cost?

Quoted within 48 hours. It depends on how many evenings, where they take place and who’s in the room.

Rather talk it through first? In the intro call we start from who you want on stage.

What’s included
The speakers’ preparation, the evening, the edited video of each keynote and the letters.

Questions about B2CEO

Who goes on stage?

Whoever has something to tell: your managers, you, or the business owners and CEOs in your city. Speakers are chosen beforehand, for what they have to say.

What if the speaker isn’t a natural speaker?

That’s exactly what the four weeks are for: building a speech on something they actually did. Someone talking about what they’ve done holds the stage even without experience.

How is it different from TrueStory Biz?

TrueStory Biz has many people from your team tell a six-minute story in one evening. B2CEO puts three people on stage with a sixteen-minute keynote, prepared over four weeks. The first helps your team get to know each other; the second gives the people who lead a voice.

Can it be used for the convention?

Yes. The opening speech at the convention is prepared the same way, and in the Custom Format preparing the speakers is already part of the work.
